Duo Leti was born from my lifelong passion for cooking and deep ties to the land. I grew up in Indiana, as an 11-year 4-H kid (sheep, swine), my hands were always dirty. We grew up growing and canning everything, including chicken feet in broth. When my husband and I settled down with our young son, we lived in Prairie Crossing, IL for over a decade. With a parterre kitchen garden of our own, an organic CSA farm at the heart of our neighborhood, and many CSA farms in our community, we were blessed to be surrounded by an incredibly diverse selection of hyper local organic produce. I believe in the power of community supported agriculture to support our farm communities and the health of our families.
My goal with Duo Leti is to delight our customers with sensational, seasonal fresh prepared to-go foods that don't skimp on flavor. Everyone deserves to eat well every day. Every day can be a celebration with fresh loaf of crusty sourdough bread and a delicious compound herb butter! Or a fresh baked treat like our signature cinnamon roll!
